On 2/26/11 my siblings and our spouses went on a Napa Valley wine tour. We had a blast! Our driver, Bruce, was entertaining and knowledgeable. Bruce told us the history of the reigion and of the wineries and owners. As well as getting us to the wineries, Bruce stopped at picturesque overviews which was great. Great day all around!!

We just returned from an excellent Napa Valley wine tour with Bruce, our driver from Apex Limosine wine tours.  Bruce knows the valley very well and helped us personalize our tour.  Also, he gave us the history of the area as well as his recommendations for which winerys to visit.  His guidance made our day.  Great job!

"My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service Apex provided for a winery visit in Napa.  I did some price shopping and not only was Apex the cheapest provider, but they had outstanding service from Nelli who took our reservation to our driver Ed.  
In our opinion, what makes a great limo service are the drivers and we knew from the start that we were in for a treat with Ed.  Not only was he prompt, friendly and very professional; but he a lot of fun and very knowledgeable about Napa Wineries.  I liked the fact that he knew a number of Estate Wineries that upon his call were able to accommodate my wife and I on short notice and with private tastings.  Places that we had never thought of stopping by became our favorites very quickly.  What was truly impressive is that as Ed got to know what my wife and I were looking for, he was able to tailor the later part of our day to wineries that would be more suitable to our desires.  At the end of the day, we were sad to say goodbye as he truly became part of our group and day of memories in Napa.

I was just in San Francisco with my husband and parents for a quiet weekend getaway.  We'd never been to Napa before and wanted to check out the area and try some wineries so I booked a limo tour for us Friday.  Alex was our driver and did an amazing job.  He found out exactly what our likes and dislikes were and what we were looking to get out of our trip and set up an itenerary on the way that exceeded our expectations.  We had wonderful and unique experiences and great treatment at some cool little wineries.  It was so good we ended up paying overtime to extend the trip.  Highly recommend the service, ask for Alex to drive.

Loved the service. Sasha, our driver, while a bit stiff at first, was nice and seemed to love his job, his limo, and APEX. Tours are flexible as long as you stay within the time frame you request. My only complaint is that we were threatened to be charged more even if we went over the time limit by 10 or 15 minutes. I understand there's a schedule to keep but seems petty. I also don't like that you can't eat in the limo, only drink. Seems like you can snack if you have an open bar, both have similar risks involved. Other than that, it was on time, clean, and kept us on our schedule all day

I visited Napa the weekend of Feb 4th with 3 other people.  This was the first time in Napa for all of us.  We rented a limo and got Alex as our driver.  We had a plan mapped out for some of the bigger wineries but other than those we had no idea where to go...in comes Alex!  He directed us to an all kinds of small wineries and we had a blast.  He took us to a small sandwich shop and we went to a winery to eat our lunch.  We were tasting wine and when we came outside our entire lunch was set up at the table.  It was one of the best trips I have had and would highly recommend to request Alex for a driver.  We will definitely be back!

Napa Valley? Wine tasting? Sounds pleasurable enough on its own but include Alex as your tour guide and it makes the experience all that much more spectacular!  We had a group of 5 open minded wine lovers with a very loose itinerary.  We were appreciative of Alex's opinions and knowledge of the wine country and without him we would not have discovered many of the fabulous boutique wineries.  

I love giving good reviews on Yelp when deserved but when we try and book Alex the next time and he's booked, I will regret having written this review and sharing the secret gem we have found.

As a native of the San Francisco Bay Area I've been to MANY of the larger well known wineries in Napa.  What I so appreciated about our driver Alex at APEX is he gently nudged our group to go to the smaller estate vineyards, to have the REAL Napa wine tasting experience.

It couldn't have been a better day!  From the start at James Cole, which was not only a gorgeous facility, phenomenal wine... but with a fantastic wine expert (Ben) to boot.  To squeezing us in to a final winery after 6PM.

Thank you Alex!  I look forward to my next trip to Napa.  The only disappointment of the day was finding out Ben at James Cole isn't single.

I have been using Apex for the last 3 years for work travel and random napa wine country trips. They always provide excellent service over the phone and over email, and their drivers are all professionals who know what they're doing.

Our experience with Apex was fantastic... from the booking process until our winery tour ended!  All staff we spoke with were professional and courteous and our driver, Alex D, was helpful, friendly and went out of his way to ensure we all had a good time.  We had friends visiting from Australia so we wanted the trip to be special, and it was!

The only concern with our trip is that our friends' credit card was charged twice.  We brought this to the attention of Apex immediately and the problem was resolved quickly and professionally.
